Abandoned. Used to Be His is a site-specific installation composed of garments once exchanged or gifted by my formal lovers. Hung across a barren, eroded landscape among young pine trees, the clothes float in open air like quiet remnants of intimacy and memory. By placing these personal objects in nature—exposed, weathered, and distant from domesticity—the work reflects on themes of love, loss, and emotional residue. The installation becomes a quiet act of mourning and release, evoking the vulnerability of queer attachment and the bittersweet traces left behind.
